We decided it was time to strip away the quick fixes, the buzzy brands, and the big promises. It was time to get back to the basics. It was time to go back to the beginning.

That’s when we discovered colostrum, the first food we all receive. The protective milk mothers produce to nurture their young, the essential building blocks of life.
